In order to guarantee the health of you and us, we use a number of measures to deal with outbreak of Covid-19 properly, whereby keeping distance between guests and between guests and staff is always the starting point.
The following measures are in effect at our hotel:
1. One-way traffic
Our hallways are not five feet wide. That is why downward traffic always has right of way with us. That is why it is easy to take the elevator up and down the stairs. If you do go up the stairs and you meet someone, we ask you to turn around to the point that the other person can pass you safely.
We serve breakfast in our breakfast room with plenty of space between our guest as well as thru take-away. We use time slots for breakfast in order to ensure that it will not become too crowded in our breakfast room.
Our housekeeping will clean your room daily during your stay. They use new gloves per room. We ask you to put your towels in the designated bag, so that our staff can continue to work safely.
4. Always keep your distance
We cannot emphasize often enough how important this is. Especially for us. If everyone adheres to this, the greater the chance that the society we knew will return.
5. Follow the hotel's guidelines
We understand very well that there are currently sentiments in society that are opposed to the measures placed in force by the Dutch government. Everyone may have their own views on this. However, our house rules must always be followed regardless of your personal considerations.
6. Disinfect hands
All guests must disinfect their hands at the disinfection column at the entrance upon entering the hotel.
7. Face masks
All guests are required to wear a face mask in all public areas of the hotel. These include the lobby, stairwells, corridors and breakfast room. As soon as you have taken a seat in the breakfast room, you may take off the mask. If you refuse to wear a face mask, both on arrival and during your stay, we will deny you (further) access to our hotel.
